Our online ordering is available 24 hours/7 days a week.
All dog/cat diapers are custom-made based on the measurements provided by the pet owners. Each order requires approximately 7 business days for us to complete before we can ship it out. Once you have received shipping notification from us via email, usually it takes another 2-5 business days for the USPS(United States Postal Services) to deliver to your address. If you need special arrangement, please contact us via email.

Return Policy:
We try our best to fit the diaper correctly to your dog's size. However, if there is an obvious sizing error on our part please return the merchandise for exchange within 14 days after receipt. The dog diaper itself must be in the same brand new condition and unsoiled, unwashed not used for urine collection, with all of the tags attached in its original packaging.
After the 14 day period, and within 30 days after you receive the merchandise, you may send your unsoiled, unwashed and brand new dog diaper back for an exchange with a fee of $5.00 handling fee per diaper and $4.95 regular shipping fee.
After the 30 day period, we cannot allow any exchange.
Sorry, we cannot allow refunds due to all of our diapers are custom made with your measurements. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us with any questions or concerns.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.
If the diaper itself has been used or washed, we will not accept for any exchange.
If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy, we will not accept for your exchange, and you will be responsible for the postage for us to ship the dog diaper back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
